Principal Consultant
Stuart MacKinnon is the Director and Principal Consultant at Analysis One. He has a Masters in Psychology with 1st class honors from the University of Auckland. Having moved from health care provision to health information management, he continues to bring research, analysis and interpersonal skills he learned in his earlier work, to his current IS consulting roles.
Stuart has developed broad Health IT expertise in both private and public health settings, including detailed knowledge of information technology, business intelligence and data management, system integration, and major clinical systems. He has developed competencies in areas such as strategic business analysis, vendor and stakeholder engagement, and consolidation of IS programmes and projects.
Stuart is a member of the Board of HL7 New Zealand and is a Certified
Clinical Document Architecture Specialist. He has provided consulting
services to a range of customers including; HealthAlliance, the Northern
Region DHBs, the National Institute for Health Innovation and various
regional and national projects, programmes and advisory groups.
